On the first of October 2023 the Scooter Experience has new owners. Rik and Henneke will continue the Scooter Experience from their new location: Restaurant 1456 in Neck/Wijdewormer. Because of this change they will start next season in 2024. Some dates in October 2023 are still available/possible. Please send an e-mail (info@scooterexperience.nl) if you have any quenstions. The scooters
The Scooter Experience is a beautiful scooter tour. You can enjoy it with your partner, with family or friends. You rent an electric scooter (several models available, see below) of the Scooter Experience and with a roadmap (or digital version) you discover all the wonders Holland has got to offer. Two persons on one scooter is also possible.
Countryside
You will pass beautiful cities such as Edam (capital of Dutch cheese), Volendam (lovely authentic Dutch fishing village with Dutch traditions) and the Zaanse Schans (with traditional Dutch houses and windmills in a natural imitated village, like an open air museum). Or go back in time and experience the atmosphere of authentic small old Dutch villages such as Durgerdam, Ransdorp and Broek in Waterland.
Location
The Scooter Experience starts in Landsmeer, a small village just above Amsterdam. By taxi, by car or by bus it will take about 20 minutes from Amsterdam to get to the start location of the Scooter Experience.
We have a Pickup Service 
as well (check Book for more information). After a cup of coffee or tea and an explanation of the roadmap with a lot of hotspots, scooter instructions will be given outside. We will make sure you feel totally comfortable driving the scooter before you leave and will have an unforgettable experience.
We are open 6 days a week from 10am till 5:30pm. On Mondays we are closed. You rent the scooter for the whole day, the price is based on the distance (see rates / category).
